We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

  • Email us at sales@zyloqq.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason

  • We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

  • You must ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@zyloqq.com

  • Include photos of the damaged or wrong items

  • We will replace or refund your order at no extra cost

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:

  • First check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Then contact us at sales@zyloqq.com if the issue persists

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
